Once a service has been initiated or delivered in part or in full, no refunds will be issued.

Digital Products or Content

If you purchase access to digital materials (such as training programs, deal lists, or templates), these sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 3 business days of your purchase so we can assist you.

Property Deposits and Earnest Money

Any deposits made toward the purchase of a property, including earnest money, are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement or contract. Please review your specific contract for terms related to cancellation and refund eligibility.
